I have to let you know of the incredible service we get from Caldwell Travel. Yesterday, three travelers were stranded at the airport in Japan.  Their flight was cancelled due to the earthquake.  The airport was shut down indefinitely.  I called the agency yesterday morning for her help, as nothing appeared to be moving for at least 2 days.  Through the travel consultant’s creative thinking and valuable connections she got them a flight out of Japan at 11:30 p.m. US time last night.  I'm not sure how she pulled it off.  Our travelers were out of Japan within 17 hours of their original flight.   This would not have happened without Caldwell Travel’s assistance.    – Automotive Industry
